I have been sharing my poetry on the web now for about four years.

The previous means I used to do this has now become untenable so I am exploring this as an alternative.

It may take a while for  me to find out if this will work the way I would like it to.

In the meantime I would be grateful for the opinions of those of you who choose to visit the site

Thank you

  2. Hello David ~ looks great here. Have registered myself and about to launch my own site here too. Hoping I can set mine up as well as you’ve done here. By the way, how do I become of friend of yours here? I sure would enjoy that…

    Warmly, Racheal

      Hi Racheal,

There is, as far as I am aware, no facility for “friends” as such on here. But you can subscribe in which case you will get an email when I post something. If you let me know when your site is up and running I will subscribe to it and will put a link to it up on my Home Page.

I am also on FaceBook so you could send me a friend request on there.

      My best to you

  3. Trying to subscribe…have read only one poem so far and it touched me deeply…because I am deeply touched..ha ha…anyway…pleased to meet you. xx

  4. Good luck with this. (I wandered here via another blog.)
I read that Whitby is special to you; it is to me. I used to work in Leeds from Harrogate but have moved to Sleights near Whitby – where I shall stay.
The opening shot of the video is a captivating image of the flow of water.

  6. Hi, David! I want to offer my congratulations — you’ve been nominated for the Versatile Blogger award! Actions to take will be posted on my home page, http://www.diabeticredemption.com, as soon as I complete the notifications. Yay you!

  7. Ethel and I have nominated you for a Kreativ Blogger Award. You’ll have to go to fourwindowspress if you don’t know about it, and if you follow the instructions you’re a winner. We are mainly trying to let you know how much we honor you and your work, so you may or may not chose to accept the award. That’s up to you, but we certainly think you are worthy of more than this one gesture of thanks for you and your poetry.

  8. David, I’m passing on to you the Candle Lighter’s Award. You can learn more about it at this link: http://diabeticredemption.com/2011/12/22/the-candle-lighter-award/

  9. Hi, David. Me again. I’ve nominated you for the Kreative Bloggers Award. You can find the details on my home page in about 10 minutes. Congratulations! I can’t think of any blogger who deserves it more.

    • Thank you Judith,

I am always delighted to be nominated for awards.
I don’t often follow up on these – mostly due to lack of time – but I do appreciate them 🙂
